All our professionals at Fletcher Heights Dental Care, P.C. maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in general dentistry.

Michael A. Prost

Dr. Prost was born in Ohio and grew up in a small town in southeastern Indiana. He then attended Indiana University for an undergraduate degree in biology. He received his dental degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1998. His final year of dental school was significant as he was honored on the Dean's List and was appointed as a teacher for the dental assisting school.

           Dr. Prost and his family relocated to Arizona in late 1998. He has been blessed with two wonderful children and a very supportive wife of over eleven years. Dr. Prost strives to enhance his education through countless hours of continuing education in all aspects of the practice of dentistry. This has allowed him and his staff to deliver the latest dentistry has to offer to his patients. Dr. Prost volunteers his professional time in several capacities, including the CASS Homeless Dental Clinic, where he is also an adjunct faculty member for the Arizona School of Dentistry; and Donated Dental Services (an organization for the less fortunate) done right here at Fletcher Heights Dental Care.

           In his personal time, Dr. Prost enjoys playing soccer, basketball and running. He is also very involved with his daughter and son in their sporting choices and schoolwork. 

Dee D'Amour (Certified Dental Assistant)

Dee has lived in Arizona since 2003. With two years of dental experience, Dee brings a fresh outlook on patient care. When not working, Dee enjoys spending time with her husband and her son and daughter. In her spare time, Dee also enjoys reading, scrap booking, and continuing her education as a dental assistant.

Nancy Surkala (Office Manager)

As our office manager and new patient specialist, Nancy guarantees our patients receive the highest care from the first appointment. She takes pride in ensuring that our patients not only have an understanding of their dental needs, but also luminous smiles as she is certified in ZOOM! In office Whitening. Nancy has been with Fletcher Heights Dental Care since its inception. She is married with three wonderful sons.

Tiffani Pada, R.D.H

Tiffani graduated with high honors from Foothill College in 1999 with an Associates Degree in Science. She is a member of the ADHA and ADA and often volunteers her time as a hygienist to help the less fortunate. In an effort to keep abreast of the latest trends in dentistry, she attends numerous continuing education courses every year. Tiffani is married with two boys and one little girl.

Amanda Bollenbach (Front Office)

Amanda has been with our office since June 2008. Amanda has two years of front office experience. She works with patients to make sure their visits are pleasant. When she is not assisting patients at Fletcher Heights Dental Care, she enjoys spending time with her son, cooking, and hiking.

Brittany Ball (Marketing Coordinator)

Brittany has been part of the Fletcher Heights team since April 2006. Currently in Mesa Community College's Dental Hygiene program, she is at the office sparingly as school keeps her busy. She cannot wait to return to the team as a dental hygienist! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and puppy, Leila.
