This is by far the best dental place I have been to. I usually walk out of a dentist not too happy with how my gums feel after a cleaning, but they numbed my gums perfectly and I didn't feel any pain at all, even after the procedure. The dentist, Michael Prost, was very thorough in explaining what procedures I will need. Even the receptionist is very friendly and made me feel at ease as she explained pricing to me. I am looking forward to getting my teeth in optimal shape for the rest of my life.

Owner's reply
Welcome, Paul, we're so glad to know that your recent visit went smoothly and that you were more than satisfied with the results. We look forward to our continued connection.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this dental office. Dr Prost and his dental assistant, Dee were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I received.

The office manager, Stacy was equally fabulous—so kind, compassionate, and welcoming. I felt cared for and treated with genuine kindness.

It is rare to find a healthcare team that makes you feel this comfortable and valued. I highly recommend this dentist and his team to anyone looking for excellent care and a truly caring experience!

I've been dealing with a dental issue for approximately a month and when the decision was made that the tooth had to be extracted, the endontist called Dr Prost and he got me in the very same day because he knew what I had been going through. His staff is very welcoming and he took care of my problem and even followed up treatment with a phone call that evening to check and see how I was doing.. Top Notch care from a top notch staff and doctor

My wife and I have been going to Fletcher Heights for around 20 years. Dr Prost and his entire staff are awesome! They are kind, professional, and very good at what they do. I used to dread going to the dentist and having things done to my teeth, but my experiences here have been relaxing and painless. Tiffany, the oral hygienist my whole family uses, is absolutely incredible. Her knowledge, skill, and passion for what she does really shines through and leaves an impression on me every time I see her. Dr Prost does some weird trick where even Novocaine shots don't hurt, and his work is always top notch. I've referred many family members and friends here and I highly recommend them!

Owner's reply
And that's just what we strive for, Gary. Making you comfortable and putting you at ease throughout every visit is a priority here.. Thanks so much for checking in and we truly appreciate your many years of support.

Staff was (as always) very courteous, professional, and (Dr. Prost) entertaining.
On my initial visit I was reclining in a dental chair, after a series of x-rays, waiting to meet Dr. Prost. As I looked to my right I saw a fist in my face. My immediate thought...a new form of anesthesia? He's going to knock me out! It was only Dr. Prost and his "fist bump" greeting.

Thanks for sharing, Ryk! Ensuring each person who visits feels at home and receives outstanding care is what we strive for. Comfort and well-being are very important to us, and we’re dedicated to consistently delivering exceptional experiences!

Fletcher Heights Dental care have been seeing my son since he was 3. They helped him develop a great relationship with dental hygiene. The encouragement to take care of his teeth shows as he's almost done with baby teeth and zero cavities so far. The attention and patience given to him at every visit sets this place apart! Thank you for the care and education given to my son!

A Wonderful Experience at Fletcher Heights Dental

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fletcher Heights Dental for the first time, and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome.

Tiffani, the dental hygienist, was fantastic. She was not only super friendly but also clear and thorough during the cleaning process. She made sure to explain everything she was doing and made me feel at ease, which I really appreciated. I also want to mention how accommodating the office was in terms of fees, especially since I don’t have insurance. There were no hidden fees, which made the entire visit stress-free.

Dr. Prost, the dentist, was equally wonderful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, from what I needed to do to care for my teeth to the next steps in my treatment plan.

It was refreshing to meet a dentist cabinet who genuinely cares about their patients' health and well-being, rather than just focusing on money.

Overall, this has been the best dental experience I've had so far. I highly recommend Fletcher Heights Dental to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team. You won’t be disappointed!

You don’t usually leave a dentist office thinking, “Wow that was an amazIng experience”. But that is exactly how I felt after this consultation with Dr. Prost. He was genuine, caring and attentive to my dental needs. He was knowledgeable and able to communicate in an easy to understand manner. As a side note, he is also very funny… which can make the stress of dental work a bit easier.

I was referred to Fletcher Heights Dental by a friend, as both of us have the same insurance and use to work for the same company. This made finding a dentist quick and easy! I needed an appointment for teeth cleaning. Great service and I ended up having a lot of work done. What I was thankful for is, Dr. Prost, called to introduce himself and then call me after a procedure. The staff is great, pleasant environment and they tell you up front how much things cost. No surprises.
